El Paso Integrity Corp LLC formed in 2015 in El Paso, TX. Over the last eleven years we have added 10 TREC Inspectors along with a Director and Assistant Director of Operations. In 2020 we expanded into the Las Cruces and Ruidoso, NM offering detailed inspections at affordable prices. Simple put Integrity Property Inspections inspect every property as if we are buying it and going to live or work there. When you bring this level of service, you the customer know it is “Inspected Right”.
Claudia Varela- MD/ CEO –
I’m proud to say I’ve lived in El Paso my entire life, and I’m equally grateful to serve both the El Paso and Las Cruces communities. These two cities have shaped who I am, and they are the heart of where I chose to build my family and my career. After attending UTEP, I spent over 25 years in pharmaceutical sales, developing a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and trust—qualities that now guide my work every day.
Owning my own company has always been a dream of mine, and I’m excited to bring that dream to life with Integrity Inspections. My mission is to help clients in El Paso and Las Cruces feel confident, informed, and supported through every step of their inspection process. Growing this company and serving both communities is something I truly look forward to.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I’ve been married to my best friend for four wonderful years, and together we are blessed with six amazing kids who keep life full of love and laughter.

Joe Varela – COO
Joe Varela is a proud El Paso native with deep roots in the community he serves. After graduating from Texas Tech University in Lubbock in 1997, Joe returned home to begin his professional career, building a strong foundation in insurance before expanding into banking, pharmaceutical sales, and medical device sales. These experiences shaped his approach to business—grounded in relationships, service, and long-term value.
Eight years ago, Joe launched his own insurance agency, where he gained firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, and building a successful company from the ground up. Through that journey, he learned what it truly means to create opportunity, manage growth, and lead with integrity.
About a year ago, Joe took on a new challenge by expanding into the inspection industry, serving clients throughout El Paso and Southern New Mexico. This transition allowed him to continue doing what he does best—connecting with people, building trust, and delivering dependable service. Today, Joe is passionate about growing Integrity Inspections and shaping the company’s future, with a clear vision for where it can be over the next three to five years.
Joe is married to his wife, Claudia Varela, and together they are raising six children. Family is at the center of everything he does, and in his free time, Joe enjoys traveling with his family, making memories, and watching his children grow and thrive.

Tim spent the has a background in machine shop jobs either in the oil field or building hydraulic cylinders for custom work truck bodies and trailers. He lives in El Paso as a Certied Professional Inspector (TREC License #22141)
Jose Sanchez – TREC Professional Inspector
Background in Semiconductor industry 30 yrs & obtained my TREC license (TREC License # 22816) and began my home inspection career in El Paso.
Walter Cornejo – TREC Professional Inspector
I am a professional Home Inspector license #22159, with over 15 years of experience in the construction/real estate industry. My real estate background as a former Maintenance Manager/Supervisor which has given me the necessary knowledge to install/repair in the areas of HVAC, Carpentry, Electricity, Painting, Plumbing, Floor Installation, Appliances and Pool Operator.
Jeff Oliver – TREC Professional Inspector
Jeff has been working as a construction superintendent both with local and nationwide builders. State certified Professional Home Inspector (TREC License #23022)
Chad Middleton – TREC Professional Inspector
Inspecting has always been in Chad’s blood as his grandfather owned a mill and built houses, while two of his uncles were very skilled carpenters. Chad has a wife, Rochelle and two children, London and CJ. Chad is a Texas Professional Inspector (TREC License #22955).
Alberto Salinas – Texas and New Mexico Professional Inspector

Mario Lozoya Estrada – Texas and New Mexico Professional Inspector
Born and raised in Mexico and immigrated to the United States
to pursue my career in Property Inspections. I truly love to help people and enjoy my new career as a property inspection. I am fluent in Spanish which is my first language. (TREC License # 24731, NM License #HI-0133)
Emmanuel Banks – Texas Apprentice Inspector
For four years I watched my dad Tim Banks become the best inspector in El Paso and decided to follow in his footsteps. After serving with the United States Army I signed up with Integrity and working my way towards my Professional License. ( TREC License #24944)
