El Paso Integrity Corp LLC formed in 2015 in El Paso, TX. Five years ago we were just husband and wife. Over the last five years we have added 12 TREC Inspectors along with a Director and Assistant Director of Operations. In 2020 we expanded into the Las Cruces and Ruidoso, NM offering detailed inspections at affordable prices. I am a Certified Professional Home Inspector and have obtained the State of Texas Professional Inspectors License (TREC License # 21889). I am also a graduate from American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT). I addition, I have obtained national certification as a Thermal Infrared Inspector and Certified Pool Inspector through Inter NACHI along with many other certifications. I continue to challenge myself in continuing education in the field of Home Inspection to better serve our customers and to perfect my abilities. Above all, you can rest assured of my Integrity and Ethical obligation to you.
Myself, and all of the AHIT Trained Inspectors at Integrity Property Inspections specialize in providing our clients with the most extensive informative home inspection service in West Texas and Southern New Mexico. Please don’t trust your biggest decision to just anybody. Each Inspector inspects only two homes per day. Run as fast as you can if an inspector says he will be done in 30 minutes. Remember you will be living in your new home for many years to come, this is not something you want somebody rushing through, so they can go on to the next job.

After being Honorably discharged from the U. S. Army I spent a few years as a state correctional officer. From there I spent the next 10 Years working in machine shop jobs either in the oil field or building hydraulic cylinders for custom work truck bodies and trailers. I spent a year shadowing a home inspector in east Texas learning about the job while taking and studying the required course material. I now live here in El Paso as a Certified Professional Inspector (TREC License # 22141) with my wife and kids. I love being able to help others and I believe God put me on this path so that I could.
Jose Sanchez – TREC Professional Inspector
Born and raised in California. Attended San Jose State University, majored in Industrial Technology. Employed in Semiconductor industry 30 yrs. Recent assignment was in project management for a major seismic retrofit of a 120K sq ft cleanroom facility in Fremont CA. In 2015 I relocated to El Paso where I hope to stay. After months of training I obtained my TREC license (TREC License # 22816) and began my home inspection career in El Paso. My family includes my lovely wife and my son. We enjoy camping and exploring our surroundings, jogging, family bbq’s and wine tasting while in California.
Walter Cornejo – TREC Professional Inspector
I am a professional Home Inspector license #22159, with over 15 years of experience in the construction/real estate industry. I am Bilingual (Spanish/English). My real estate background as a former Maintenance Manager/Supervisor which has given me the necessary knowledge to install/repair in the areas of HVAC, Carpentry, Electricity, Painting, Plumbing, Floor Installation, Appliances and Pool Operator.

Originally from Kentucky and the Grand Son of Moonshiner. At an early age I got the golf bug and I was a golf pro and instructor for 15 years. Born and raised in Kentucky, Chad came to El Paso in 1994 and has lived in the Sun City off and on since. Chad was in the golf industry as a teaching professional in New Mexico and the San Diego California areas for 10 years. In conjunction with his love for golf Chad spent four years producing Sports Talk on 600 ESPN in El Paso. Inspecting has always been in Chad’s blood as his grandfather owned a mill and built houses, while two of his uncles were very skilled carpenters. After spending nearly 40 years as a Sub-Sea Piping Designer working in oil and gas I decided to retire. However my brother, Jeffery Michel, had other ideas for my future. I am now the “Weekend and Holiday Girl” for Integrity Inspections. It’s a great honor to help new homeowners navigate the inspection process. I truly enjoy my job and I’m proud to see my brother’s good reputation and company grow and prosper.

Buying a home is a stressful and complicated task as it is. Having to take care of the random assortment of errands that come with it... now that's a bother! HOWEVER... Working with Integrity Property Inspections was the least complicated part of the task. Walter called me on the scheduled inspection day asking if there was any way I could meet earlier as he was in the area. This worked out perfectly for me, I lived close to my new property and the earlier the better, it was a Saturday after all.Walter was on site before I got there and took me through the entire inspection. He pointed out deficient areas, took the time to explain the process, what he’s looking for and tools he was using. Everything took roughly 2 and a half hours to complete on a two story, 1800 sq foot home. Integrity and Walter made me feel at ease about concerns I had with the quality of construction work. I’ll definitely be looking to use them again for my 10 month inspection to ensure everything is still in good order. Let’s hope the builder fixes everything noted on the report. Great work guys!

Excellent customer service! The inspection was very detailed and thorough. Afterwards the inspector walked the entire house with us going over the inspection. I was surprised how detailed the report was with pictures and recommendations. Overall a great experience. They worked with our schedule even when we had to reschedule the pool inspection. Property inspections did a good job. During the first their first inspection they did not catch a low water pressure issue in one of the showers. After closing on the house, we noticed the issue and call them to see why it was never pointed out int their originally report. Although we did get some reasonable push back at the beginning, they offered to find a solution for the issue and attended the matter right away with no charge. Very happy with their level of professionalism and responsiveness to customer needs!!
